Moscow street musicians: Arbat’s most famous busker

An interview with one of the most well-known buskers in Moscow

Sergey Sadov has been busking for 40 years now. One of the most crowded streets in Moscow is now his favorite spot to play his unique instrument, the Sadora, which he built himself. It combines at least 10 instruments in one and allows Sadov to play a mix of Eastern and Slavic music. But he says that it's not about the instrument, but the ability to live independently.
