Cambodian Defense Minister Tea Banh to visit Moscow

Eyeing aid, training and Russian engineering expertise, Cambodia’s Defense Minister Tea Banh will visit Moscow in May, The Khmer Times reported on March 4.

“The visit of the defense minister will provide many advantages from Russia and I expect closer military cooperation in the future,” Russian Ambassador to Cambodia Dmitry Tsvetkov told the paper.
