Russia to participate in Northeast Asia security forum in Seoul

Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov will represent Russia at the forum.

Russia will participate in a multilateral forum on the Northeast Asia Peace and Cooperation Initiative in Seoul on October 27-28, the South Korean Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov will represent Russia at the forum. China, Japan, the United States and South Korea are the other participants.

On the sidelines of the forum, South Korean Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Hong-kyun will hold with Morgulov, according to Yonhap.  The talks will focus mainly on North Korea, according to the report.
