The company is negotiating with the Vladimir Region government.

An Indian company is in talks with the government of Russia’s Vladimir Region to manufacture bandages, the Rambler news service said, citing Vladimir Governor Svetlana Orlova.

Without revealing the name of the company, Orlova told Rambler that the project is likely to be large in scale.
