Supplements about Russia to appear in two leading Australian newspapers

On Nov. 15, Russia Beyond the Headlines will publish its first two supplements in Australia.

The supplements will focus on bilateral relations and Russia’s developments in the Asia-Pacific region, but they will also include articles on sports, fashion and literature.

The supplements will appear in The Sydney Morning Herald (circulation 207,000) and in The Age in Melbourne (circulation 197,500).

“This year marks the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Russia and Australia, and the two countries have a lot of common interests today within APEC and the G-20. That’s why we feel it’s important to expand the geographic scope of our project in that direction,” said Lara McCoy, managing editor of Russia Beyond the Headlines.
